BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is a high efficiency quaternary ammonium cationic polymer specially designed for industrial wastewater decolorization COD reduction and flocculation treatment applications.
It is widely used in textile dyeing pigment manufacturing printing ink paper mill and chemical wastewater treatment systems.
Many industrial wastewater streams contain soluble dyes and stable color molecules that are difficult to remove using traditional inorganic coagulants alone.
BWD-01 is developed to solve this problem by rapidly destabilizing dye molecules and forming large settleable flocs.
Compared with conventional treatment chemicals BWD-01 provides stronger color removal performance lower sludge generation faster sedimentation and better treatment stability.
Bluwat Chemicals has more than 25 years of manufacturing and export experience in water treatment chemicals with products exported to over 80 countries worldwide.

Textile dyeing wastewater and industrial color wastewater usually contain:
Traditional coagulants such as PAC alone often cannot effectively remove soluble color molecules.
The treated water may still remain yellow red blue or dark colored after conventional coagulation.
In many wastewater treatment plants this creates:
BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent works through strong cationic charge neutralization and flocculation mechanisms.
The polymer rapidly reacts with negatively charged dye molecules in wastewater destabilizing the color substances and forming larger flocs for separation.
For high color wastewater systems BWD-01 is commonly used together with PAC and PAM to achieve better overall treatment efficiency.
BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent → PAC → PAM
7.5 to 8.0

BWD-01 is widely used in:
The product is especially effective in removing soluble dye color and improving wastewater clarification.
Suitable for:
The product helps reduce residual color and suspended impurities.
BWD-01 can be used in:
It helps improve settling efficiency and reduce wastewater color.
The product also performs well in:
The wastewater decolorization process mainly involves:
After dilution BWD-01 is added directly into wastewater.
The cationic polymer reacts rapidly with negatively charged dye particles and colloids.
Large flocs are then formed and separated through sedimentation or dissolved air flotation systems.
For wastewater with high COD or difficult color removal requirements PAC and PAM are usually combined to enhance treatment performance.
55 percent solid content products are suitable for:
Different wastewater types require different dosage optimization:
Jar testing is strongly recommended before full scale application.
When selecting a decolorizing agent users should evaluate:
BWD-01 helps reduce sludge disposal cost compared with traditional inorganic coagulants.
Suitable for export shipment and industrial bulk storage.
The product is non flammable and non explosive for normal industrial handling.
Bluwat Chemicals is a professional manufacturer and exporter specializing in industrial water treatment chemicals.
We provide technical support based on actual wastewater samples to help customers optimize treatment performance and reduce operating costs.
It is widely used in textile dyeing pigment ink paper landfill leachate chemical manufacturing and industrial wastewater treatment applications.
Yes typical COD reduction efficiency can reach 50 percent to 80 percent depending on wastewater conditions and treatment processes.
The recommended operating pH range is 7.5 to 8.0 for optimal decolorization and flocculation performance.
Yes the common treatment sequence is:
BWD-01 → PAC → PAM
This combination helps improve color removal and settling efficiency.
Yes jar testing is strongly recommended before large scale dosing because wastewater composition varies between industries and factories.
